The EN ISO 20345:2011 standard specifies requirements for safety footwear. The protective toe cap must withstand an impact energy of 200 J and a compression force of 15 kN. MIAMI features a composite safety toe cap.

The SRC marking combines SRA and SRB slip-resistance tests under EN ISO 20345:2011. SRA refers to testing on ceramic tiles with a detergent solution. SRB refers to testing on a steel surface with glycerol.
