1. Project production

Based on the requirements and needs of customers, in cooperation with a supplier and manufacturer of personal protective and protective equipment, we design and personalize work clothes and other textile products according to your wishes and taste.

The products are distinguished by the high quality of manufacturing and materials and fast delivery times, which enables quick adaptation to the needs of individual clients. There are no minimum quantities for project orders. Delivery times are adjusted according to the customer's requirements, the quantity of the order and the busyness of the production.

2. Personalization

MACHINE EMBROIDERY

Personalization of work clothes and other corporate and promotional products with machine embroidery (sewing) is a technique that ensures the long-term durability of the applied motifs. Embroidery adds elegance, luxurious look and uniqueness to the products.

We carry out embroidery on work clothes, fleeces, short and long-sleeved shirts, polo shirts, robes, aprons, caps, towels and all other textile products on which you want to transfer your overall image or promotional messages.

PRICE: In embroidery, the price is determined according to the number of needle punctures in the material. Thus, the price increases with the size of the logo. The number of colors in embroidery does not affect the price.

CLASSIC EMBROIDERY

A branding technique where your logo or promotional message is embroidered on the textile. Embroidery is permanent, extremely durable and provides added value and a unique look to your clothes or promotional gift.

3D EMBROIDERY

Tehnika 3D vezenja je primerna predvsem za promocijski material in darila, za katera želite, da izstopajo. Vašemu logotipu ali dizajnu doda dimenzijsko globino, ki jo dosežemo z dodatno plastjo pene. Tehnika 3D vezenja se uporablja predvsem pri šilt kapah.

PRESS

Printing is considered the most popular form of personalization of workwear, leisurewear and promotional textiles. The type of printing on the products depends on the material, motif, wishes and quantity. In cooperation with verified printers, we also offer HI-VIZ printing with reflective, reflective and fluorescent colors and with colors that glow in the dark.

PRICE: The price of printing depends on the type of printing, the size of the logo and the number of colors in the logo or advertising message.

DIRECT PRINT (DTG)

DTG printing is a printing technique where special printers are used to print directly on textiles. The advantage of direct printing on t-shirts is the possibility of producing completely unique pieces of clothing. This type of printing is not suitable for clothes that are mostly made of polyester.

THERMO PRINTING (with maps, FLOK and FLEX film)

Foil printing is a type of printing where polyurethane foil is printed on textiles with a thermal press. This type of printing is suitable for unique prints in smaller quantities. We can print a motif or advertising message in one or more colors. This type of printing is not suitable for clothes on which motifs of large dimensions are printed, because the printed part of the product does not breathe.

SILK PRINTING

Screen printing is a printing technique where the color is applied directly to the textile through a screen. It is suitable for large quantities of promotional products and all types of motifs. Considered the most commonly used type of printing, it is affordable and extremely durable.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Sublimation printing is a technique where dyes change their aggregate state to a gaseous state. Dyes sublimate and penetrate the structure of the material as a gas. The print is only suitable for clothes and products in white, whose majority composition is polyester (minimum 75% polyester, preferably more than 90% polyester). Since the color becomes part of the fibers, the print does not crack or fade even after repeated washing or other mechanical influences.

3. What should be the graphic preparation for printing or embroidery?

For fast and high-quality printing or embroidery, file preparation is also important. We recommend sending vector files with EPS, AI, CDR or PDF extensions, which must not be compressed. The texts must be converted into curves, and the colors are defined in the Pantone Color Guide (C) scale. Of course, all this is not a condition. Our business partners and graphic designers will help you prepare and review files to make your products the way you want them.
