Delivery in the territory of Slovenia and the entire European Union is carried out with contractual partners, the companies DPD and GLS. After shipping, the addressee can choose the pick-up method and customize it according to their needs. The price and delivery time vary depending on the addressee’s country. 1. Delivery within Slovenia

Delivery time: 2-4 working days

Courier service: DPD / GLS

Shipping prices depend on the weight of the parcel:

Orders under 100 €: according to courier company’s price list
Orders over 100 €: free delivery

2. Delivery within Croatia

Delivery time: 3-6 working days

Courier service: DPD / GLS

Shipping prices depend on the weight of the parcel:

Orders under 150 €: according to courier company’s price list
Orders over 150 €: free delivery

3. Delivery within the European Union

Delivery time: 4-8 working days

Courier service: DPD / GLS

Shipping prices depend on the weight of the parcel:

Orders under 250 €: according to courier company’s price list
Orders over 250 €: free delivery

We aim to dispatch products within 2-4 working days. You can expect longer delivery times during emergencies and holidays (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.). If you choose to print or embroider on the goods ordered, please note that delivery times may be extended by up to 5 working days.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse at our headquarters in Slovenia. Please note that all orders from outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be paid on arrival and are not included in the shipping costs. Customs costs vary from country to country. If you need detailed information on customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
