The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is adopted in order to inform users about the legal basis, types and purposes of use of personal data and the rights of individuals in the area of protection of personal data provided to Work Foxx, Jure Rajh s.p. by an individual.

Protection of personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the privacy policy

At Work Foxx, Jure Rajh s.p., we understand and support the importance of data privacy for our customers. We treat all personal data you provide to us fairly and protect it carefully in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia, the European GDPR and the principles and vision of our company.

In just one visit to an online shop, we exchange countless pieces of information. To help you understand what this means for you, how we collect, store and process this information and what your rights are in relation to it, we have put together a privacy policy.

Only carefully selected employees of Work Foxx, Jure Rajh s.p. and its authorised subcontractors may access your personal data. However, access to all of them shall be limited solely to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the smooth performance of the work and sales processes and for marketing purposes in accordance with the consent.

We sell our products through our online shop www.work-foxx.com (the “Online Shop”). We are committed to a lawful and fair approach to the processing of personal data, which includes restricting access to data.

We may access your personal data for the purposes set out in 5. point, is only accessible by authorised employees of Work Foxx, Jure Rajh s.p., who are trusted and competent in the field of data handling. Access is also granted to authorised subcontractors with whom we work for technical support.

online advertising providers on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram,
website and IT service maintainers and web interface maintainers,
developers and implementers of software solutions,
delivery services of the Post of Slovenia, DPD, GLS and DHL,
by public authorities or other legal persons where there is a legal obligation to do so.

All authorised subcontractors have a Personal Data Processing and Protection Agreement. All authorised employees and subcontractors are located in the EU and are committed to respecting the privacy rules.

We ensure that all authorised persons handle personal data with care, respect privacy rules and protect it from misuse at all times during lawful processing.

We may also disclose your personal data to third parties on an exceptional basis, but only where non-disclosure would cause general or personal damage to you or where you yourself request that we disclose your personal data to a third party.

How do we obtain your personal data?

We accept personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Policy in the following ways:

When you sign up for the newsletter using the form on the website www.work-foxx.com. In this mode of registration, your data is automatically or. uploaded to the main electronic database within 1 day using MailChimp / MailerLite / SendinBlue.
By registering online at www.work-foxx.com using the online form. With this registration method, your data is transferred to the main electronic database within 1 week.

Purposes of the processing of personal data and legal basis

We collect and process personal data for our own sales and promotional purposes through our online shop in the European Union and the rest of the world. We collect data for the following purposes in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Policy:

provide the services you have requested (such as sending you online newsletters, notifying you of product re-availability, etc.) via the medium you have chosen (such as an email or a phone number),

How do we record data on our website?

Users can submit product reviews on the website. This requires you to choose a title of your choice, which is then made public – we recommend that you choose the title you wish to be displayed with accordingly in order to protect your personal data. An e-mail address is required when posting a comment, but is not publicly displayed. You should be aware that the opinion will be made public on our website and, where appropriate, for promotional purposes, on Work Foxx’s Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram profile.

In addition to the above-mentioned possibilities of obtaining data as a result of the operation of the website, we obtain your personal data exclusively through your active enquiry or order (e.g. when you place an online order).

How long do we keep your personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Policy?

We will protect your personal data as long as there is an interest/need to do so or until you withdraw your consent. In cases where the processing and retention of data is based on a contract or is provided for by law, the retention period shall be adapted to the contract or law.

If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the data entered is untrue, we reserve the right to delete it from all databases without notice.

What are your rights under the Privacy Policy?

You have the right to request at any time, without justification or consequence, that we complete, rectify or restrict the use of your data or that we permanently remove it from the database. You can also request access to or object to the processing of your personal data and request the transfer of your data. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until its withdrawal. If you believe that your personal data is not being stored or processed in the manner required by the Privacy Policy and the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

You can request the complete deletion of your personal data from our system in the following ways, clearly specifying the content of your request:

send your request in writing by ordinary post to our company’s address marked “Opt-out”;

Upon receipt of your request, we will stop processing your personal data within 5 working days.

Although we are committed to the security of your data, due to various factors beyond our control, the flow of information over the internet may not always be completely secure and consistent with our operations. Please take care when entering the information you send us via the online forms and do so responsibly.
