Description of standards
The EN ISO 13688 standard specifies general performance requirements for ergonomics, safety, size marking, ageing, compatibility and labelling of protective clothing and the information to be provided by the manufacturer of protective clothing.
The EN 17353:2020 standard replaces the two separate standards EN 1150:1999 (high-visibility clothing for non-professional use) and EN 13356:2001 (high-visibility accessories for non-professional use). The standard specifies the requirements for high-visibility equipment for medium-risk situations.
